Street Couture

Another great experience shooting Julien Fournie's Couture collection.

These images speak for them selves. This shooting took place in the Bourse, area of Paris. The team stopped traffic as I shot images and video, the mercury was a bone chilling -6 degrees!!!
The model Maud, embodied a strong and confident attitude, that carried perfectly the flow of the robe.

Here are few new images from series I shot last month on the rooftops of Paris near Opera. The girls are Dasha & Lana, from Just WM models.
Julien Fournie, is the creator of these fantastic couture dresses! His creations mixed with the simplicity and space of being in this location brought an unexpected drama to the images. I felt a breeze lift me as I was shooting, it was really magic!

I stumble onto this completely desolate and surreal surrounding,
that evokes a sense of strength through it's converging lines.
The confidence exuded by the woman appears frail yet powerful.
The film vignette reflects my desire to create video fashion imagery.

"Static girl" Stems from the same series as "Girl on lines", is
influenced directly by the aesthetic derived from perfume commercials.

The route to Lisbon

It was by Far the most exciting journey I've experienced in a long time. The boat left from La Rochelle, France, crossing the Golfe de Gascogne, to the North western tip of Spain, then heading south along the Western coast of Spain and Portugal till we arrived in Lisbon.
